Dutch artist duo Lernert Engelberts & Sander Plug have taken the concept “Caked in make up” to a whole new level for their latest art project.
The pair’s new film sees a years’ worth of make up applied to one (un)lucky model. A make-up artist repeatedly applied 365 layers of foundation, cream blusher, cream eye shadow and lip gloss over a mammoth 9 hours!
Now I love make up, but not that much! And I won’t claim to know much about art, but this “film” is a little dull, no?
